Dr. David J. Langer, MD

Dr. Langer sees patients for neurosurgical issues such as acoustic neuromas, benign brain tumors, brain aneurysms, carotid disease, cerebral bypass, complex and minimally invasive spine surgery, craniofacial vascular lesions (venous, lymphatic, avms and; hemangiomas) in adults and children, neurovascular disorders, spinal disorders and much more.

Currently Dr. Langer is the Chairman Neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital. He was recruited to Lenox Hill Hospital in 2013 as Director of Neurosurgery to build upon on a vision of not only an outstanding clinical entity in the Neurosciences but to create an entirely new environment for patients and their families.

Additionally, Dr. Langer has written and spoken about vascular disorders of the brain and is one of the few remaining expert cerebral bypass surgeons in the country.
